Solar Powered Thermoacoustic Cooling

TÜBİTAK 1001 project 124F412 aims to develop thermoacoustic cooling technologies that use solar energy. Thermoacoustic cooling uses the interaction between thermal energy and sound waves to produce a cooling effect.

Led by Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, the project brings together numerical and experimental research on renewable energy, energy conversion and sustainable cooling. The research focuses on developing the proposed cooling approach and evaluating its performance.
